I am an Eric Millman.
I am also a writer.
At the moment, I live in California.
My work has been published in Gastro Obscura, Whetstone, Eaten, and Italy Magazine, among many others. I frequently write copy for AFAR, have produced audio tours for Gesso, and am the co-founder and editor of Perdigiornale, which documents the low road to the high life in food, film, and falling on your face.
Fun Facts: I’ve written a book about a bus, I won the Men’s Softball Asia Cup with the National Team of Thailand, and I ferment an excellent pickle.
